a) Question: Henna is hard to Peel-Off

Answer:

This is because Nail required to buffer, or you already buffer, but there are fine line on the nail.

• Soak fingers in warm water for 15 minutes

• Buff the fine line on the Nail

Answer: 

This is because you apply only thin layer of Henna on the nail

• Apply Henna with 4 to 5 layers

• Apply the first layer, wait it dry for about 4 to 5 minutes, then reapply the second layer and so on

Answer: 

This is because the Henna is not sufficiently dried

• Let the Henna for about 3 to 6 hours or let be overnight for a striking and vibrant colour

• Recommended to apply Henna during night time & before sleep to ensure Henna is dry and you can peel-off the next day

b) Question: Henna on the nail are having dual tone

Answer:

Henna were applied to near to cuticles

• Apply gap of 1 to 2 mm from cuticles

• Re-buff the darker area and apply Henna again (4 to 5 layers)

c) Question: Henna is messy on the skin finger

Answer:

It is normal for beginner of Nail Henna, to have this kind of problem, due to inability to control hand movement while applying the Henna at the first time

• Apply Vaseline on the surrounding skin of the nail. When the Henna in contact with skin, wipe if off with cotton bud, but make sure Vaseline not in contact with the nail

d) Question: Henna color is not bright and vibrant on the nail

Answer:

Henna applied is less than recommended (4 to 5 layers). The more layer applied, more bright and vibrant result

• Try not to wash fingers within 30 minutes peel-off Henna

e) Question: What to do if get the split end brush or thicker henna mixture

Answer:

When the mixture of henna paste too thick, the brush will sometimes have split ends. Soak the brush in the hot water for a few seconds or can drop 2 or 5 drops of hot water in the henna bottles, let it set for awhile and mix well. Ensure the water are not boiling water to avoid henna more liquid
